Reporting requests, bugs, and shortcomings to prduct.com

A walkthrough of how to report requests, bugs, and shortcomings, and how to track their status

Written by Andreas Stensig

What is a ticket?

A ticket is a report of a bug, shortcoming, or request. It is divided into the following categories:

  • Technical issue

  • Critical issue

  • Feature request

How do I report a ticket?

This can be done in two ways:

  1. As part of a support conversation. If a support conversation via chat or email surfaces a bug, shortcoming, or request, the Prduct support team can convert the conversation into a ticket.

  2. Report via the chat in the right-hand corner. When you open the chat, you can report a ticket on the "Home" tab. You'll first need to select one of the three categories.

  3. Direct creation via email. If you write an email and the header or email contains either: technical issue, critical issue or feature request, it will be converted directly to the specific ticket.

How to find open tickets and check their status

Access your company's open tickets via help.prduct.com/en/tickets-portal/ or via the chat icon in the right-hand corner. You can see the status and progress of your ticket. If a ticket is part of a support conversation, this will also be reflected there.

You will receive ongoing email updates whenever there is news on a ticket's status.

Disclaimers regarding tickets

All tickets are evaluated and prioritized by Prduct's support team. Prduct reserves the right to prioritize critical matters and to decline requests that are not aligned with the platform's vision, always with justification.
