I'm not the right person to answer the survey?
If you get the survey via an open link, just forward the link to the right person. If you have created an account on the platform you need to add a new team member (see guide).
Do I need to answer all questions in one session?
No, the system auto save your answers and you can always open the link again and continue the fulfillment.
Can I jump forward and backwards in the questions?
Yes you can jump around the questions and the survey, but you before publishing and submitting the survey you need to fulfill all required questions.
Are any questions restricted in inputs?
Yes, some questions can be restricted in what the answer can be (etc. number or text) but it can also be restricted in maximum or minimum number of answers.
How to upload an file to an answer?
You can only upload files on answer where it is needed. If you need to upload a file follow these steps:
1. Click the file icon.
2. Click "Upload".
3. Upload file. In some cases you are required to set a date or a number when uploading a file. See the question for what to answer in the specific case.
How to upload several files?
When uploading a file, if the question has several answers that can hold several files as documentation you need to choose what answer you are uploading the give file to.
I cannot submit the survey?
I you try and submit but are not able to, there are questions that is missing or files that are missing. When pressing "Submit" in the end of the survey and you are missing info, you will be transfered to the question missing information.
There will be a head text highlighting what is missing. The most common is:
This question is mandatory. The question need to be answered.
File is required for this question. The question need a file as documentation or as part of the answer.
Every selected answer requires separate file upload. There need to be uploaded a file for each answer. When uploading a file you need to choose what answer you are uploading the give file to.
Cookies are required;
To store a small piece of information that allows the system to identify who is responding to the survey. This ensures that responses can later be linked to the correct participant. Without cookies, the system would not be able to maintain this identification during the session, similar to how cookies are used to keep a user logged in. Removing the cookie would remove that identification and the session context.
Export of the survey
You will have the option to export the survey as a PDF after you have completed the survey and clicked "Submit".
