Mail log, activity and notes on a supplier

Keep track of email log, notes and activity for your team.

Notes & Activity Log

Each supplier has a Notes tab where you can keep internal records and track all activity related to that supplier.

You can add free-form comments or log specific types of activity, including:

  • Comments

  • Calls

  • Emails

  • Tasks

  • Meetings

  • Visits

Every entry is automatically stamped with the name of the user who created it and the date it was added. Notes are only visible to members of your organisation.

Email History

All emails sent through the system are automatically logged, including their delivery status and any bounce reasons.

To access Email History:

  1. From the main overview page, go to Reports in the navigation menu

  2. Click Email History

From this page you can:

  • Preview the email that was sent

  • Check the delivery status of each email

  • View the bounce reason if an email failed to reach the recipient

  • Resend the email if needed
