How to create a new account:
Go to https://app.prduct.com/ and fill out the required information.
Follow the steps and create an account.
Have you been invited into the platform?
You will receive an email (check spam if nothing has been received).
If you do not have an existing account:
Click the "Create Account" bottom in the email.
Follow the steps and create an account.
When account is all setup, go back to the invitation email and click the "Accept Invitation".
You can now find the company on your profile (click on your name in the left corner).
If you already have an account:
Click the "Accept Invitation" bottom in the email.
You can now find the company on your profile (click on your name in the left corner).
How to change your password
Navigate to your profile
From the front page of Prduct, click the three dots in the bottom left corner next to your name and company name.
Click Profile in the menu.
Updating Your Password
On your profile page, click the Password tab in the top left corner.
In the password update section, enter the following:
Current password – your existing password
New password – your desired new password
Confirm new password – re-enter your new password to confirm
Click Save
